After 31 years as a public school teacher, Carmen made the decision to retire to pursue her love of baking full time. Completely self-taught, Carmen used youtube and the power of the internet to learn everything from baking to decorating cakes. She is extremely proud of the business that she continues to build on a daily basis. Her philosophy is to do everything with excellence and to learn something new every day.  She believes that every customer and every order is the most important, and she treats every client as she herself would like to be treated. With God as her guide, Carmen believes that anything and everything is possible.
